Roffelsen Plastics is a Dutch, family-owned company that specialises in plastic extrusion, with a production site in Slovakia. We are driven by innovation and respond flexibly to market demands. Historically, the factory has been very future-oriented, continuously engaged in product innovation and process optimisation.
We produce a wide range of standard products, but we can also turn your idea into a customised solution in-house. Cooperation between the customer and our R&D department focuses on developing a strong partnership and delivering a superior product. We offer a broad selection of products directly from stock.

DIES AND MOULDS
The product development process often starts with an idea or a simple sketch. An idea is quickly taken and turned into a tangible product in the workshop. After each test, the mould is optimised using a CNC machine until the product has the correct shape and properties. For extremely complex moulds, they collaborate with experienced partners in the local market. Flexibility and a short delivery time is thereby guaranteed.
The delivery of basic profiles is approximately six weeks. Complex profiles can take between 8 and 10 weeks.
EXTRUSION
Our extrusion department is equipped with a wide range of single- and twin-screw extruders, with screw diameters ranging from 25 to 100 mm. This setup allows us to process a variety of soft plastics with precision and flexibility. Thanks to our scale and technical capabilities, Roffelsen Plastics holds a leading position in the market.
Innovation plays a key role in our production. All machines are regularly updated and fitted with advanced peripheral equipment. Various in-line operations — such as printing, die cutting, cutting to length and applying double-sided adhesive strips — can be integrated directly into the extrusion process, adding extra value to the final product.
Each extrusion line is equipped with high-end Zumbach laser measuring systems. These systems not only enable continuous process control but also provide valuable data on machine performance, supporting ongoing optimization and consistent results.
FLEXIBILITY
Roffelsen Plastics continuously scans movements in the market. This enables us to respond quickly to changes in the market (Time to Market). Optimal flexibility is achieved by making use of in-house production, inventory management, logistics capabilities and short delivery times.
