TIR stands for “Transports Internationaux Routiers”. This is a customs convention for the international transportation of goods. TIR cable is used in open-top containers and the truck tarpaulin industry. The TIR cable is produced entirely in accordance with directives from the 1975 TIR convention.
Plastic cable with a core containing at least four separate steel structures that sheath a textile thread so that the steel is not visible.
