The growing use of large-format printers for both PVC banners and textile frames has led to a sharp increase in demand for smart solutions to mount printed fabrics in aluminium frames. These frames are used in exhibition stands, retail displays, and point-of-sale communications — and are becoming increasingly popular in offices, museums and interior design.
For over a decade, we have been a leading supplier of the flat PVC cord most commonly used for mounting printed textiles. We continue to expand this product line and now also offer non-PVC alternatives, such as TPE, to meet diverse application and sustainability needs. In addition, we produce welded PVC cord for securing printed truck tarpaulins.
We supply the following products for the sign industry:
FLAT KEDER
The flat keder is stitched to printed textile fabrics, allowing the canvas to be securely attached to the aluminium frame. The self-adhesive version of the flat keder can be applied directly to the printed fabric for quick and easy attachment.
HAMMER KEDER
The hammer keder is specifically designed for situations where stitching to the textile fabric is not possible. It is placed over the printed fabric and then hammered into the aluminium profile.
SPATULA KEDER
The spatula keder, made from PVC, is specifically designed for situations where a sewing machine is unavailable or stitching the printed textile is not desired. The spatula keder secures the fabric by pressing it into the aluminum profile frame using a spatula. Its range of applications includes solutions for large-format prints in stand construction, as well as custom LED fabric frames for retail and interior spaces.
FLAG PVC CORD
The flag cord can be welded or stitched directly to the textile. Because of the flag cord’s round head, the fabric can simply be pushed into a coupling profile. The flag cord is available in various sizes and colours for both interior and exterior use.
SELF-ADHESIVE FLAT KEDER
The PVC self-adhesive flat keder is made especially for those cases
where a sewing machine is not available or stitching is not wished.
The self-adhesive keder can be sticked to printed textile easily. Even after repositioning it will give a strong adhesion to the printed fabric.
